Where we work

Metal & tile roofing across Coral Gables and the neighborhoods around it.

A Ponce De Leon Blvd office and a focus on Coral Gables and the immediately adjacent communities that share its architecture, code, and canopy.

Coral Gables is our home city — the place we know the BAR districts, the Mediterranean Revival code, the coral-rock façades, and the canopy debris patterns better than any generalist roofer. We also work the adjacent Miami-Dade communities that share The City Beautiful's architectural language and HVHZ wind code. Wherever you are below, the same process applies: phone consult, on-site measure, written line-item estimate, BAR submission when required, photographed install, warranty in writing.

Coral Gables, FL (primary)

Our home city. We work every Coral Gables district — MacFarlane, Country Club Estates, Coral Way, Granada Court, Riviera, Cocoplum, Gables Estates, Gables by the Sea, Old Cutler Bay. BAR-aware on every estimate. Mediterranean Revival barrel tile and tile-look metal for historic districts; standing seam metal for contemporary infill and non-contributing structures. Office at 1825 Ponce De Leon Blvd, by appointment for in-person consults.

Coral Gables roofing services: Metal roof installation, metal roof replacement, metal roof repair, Mediterranean barrel tile, mission tile, tile-look metal, flat-roof TPO and modified bitumen, storm damage and HVHZ-compliant insurance repair.

Coconut Grove, FL

Coral Gables' immediate neighbor to the east and our second-most-worked community. Coconut Grove shares the bayfront salt-zone profile, the historic-preservation context, and much of the same Mediterranean architectural language. We work the Grove's 1920s tile-roof cottages, the mid-century moderns near the bayfront, and the contemporary homes inland. Drive time from our office: under 10 minutes.

Common projects in Coconut Grove: Barrel-tile reinstalls on historic homes, standing seam metal on contemporary properties, salt-zone-spec coastal coatings, hurricane-driven insurance repairs.

South Miami, FL

Coral Gables' immediate neighbor to the west. South Miami shares the same Miami-Dade HVHZ wind code, the same canopy of mature live oaks, and a comparable mix of Mediterranean Revival, mid-century, and contemporary homes. Sunset Drive corridor and the historic core both have BAR-adjacent design expectations even without designated district status.

Common projects in South Miami: Spanish barrel tile replacement, residential metal-roof installation, flat-roof TPO replacement, gutter and drip-edge enhancement under canopy.

Pinecrest, FL

South of Coral Gables. Pinecrest is a large-lot residential village with mature live-oak canopy on every property and HOA architectural review on many subdivisions. The roof profile runs from 1980s tile to 2010s standing seam to recent metal-tile-look hybrids. Many properties sit under heavy canopy that drives the gutter-and-drip-edge spec.

Common projects in Pinecrest: Large-square-footage residential metal-roof installation, tile-to-metal conversion (with structural review), canopy debris-load gutter upgrades, storm-damage assessment after hurricanes.

Coral Way / Coral Terrace, FL

Immediately north of Coral Gables along the famous Coral Way canopy and the Coral Terrace neighborhood. Single-family and small-multifamily roofs in a mix of 1940s ranch, 1960s mid-century, and recent infill. HVHZ wind code applies. Streetscape coherence with the Coral Way canopy is the local aesthetic concern even without formal BAR review.

Common projects on Coral Way / Coral Terrace: Metal-roof replacement on aging ranch homes, flat-roof systems for mid-century moderns, residential standing seam in subdued colors.

Westchester, FL

West of Coral Gables. Westchester is a single-family residential community with 1950s through 1990s housing stock, primarily ranch and split-level architecture. Roof spec runs from older flat-roof or low-slope to modern tile and metal. HVHZ wind code applies. Less BAR-driven design constraint than Coral Gables but the same wind, salt-zone (where applicable), and canopy considerations.

Common projects in Westchester: Affordable metal-roof replacement on older single-family homes, residential tile installation, storm-damage repair after named storms.

Glenvar Heights, FL

Immediately south of Coral Gables and immediately east of Westchester. Single-family residential, mid-century to recent. Mature trees on many lots. Same Miami-Dade HVHZ wind code, same hurricane considerations, similar architectural language to South Miami and Pinecrest.

Common projects in Glenvar Heights: Metal-roof installation, tile-roof repair, flat-roof maintenance, post-storm assessment.

Brickell & Miami, FL

North and east of Coral Gables into the heart of Miami. We take selective work in Brickell, the Miami historic core, and the Roads neighborhood for homes that match our specialty — historic single-family with tile or metal roofing, or contemporary residential metal-roof installation. We typically don't pursue high-rise condo or commercial work outside of single-family residential.

Common projects in Brickell / Miami: Mediterranean Revival tile re-roofs in the Roads, residential standing seam metal in select Miami neighborhoods, historic preservation roofing for single-family historic homes.
