For historic and BAR-district homes
If you're replacing a metal roof on a Mediterranean Revival home in MacFarlane, Country Club Estates, or Coral Way, BAR may require that the replacement read as historic from the street. That often means tile-look metal in a barrel or mission profile, or an actual tile replacement. We pre-clear the proposed system with city staff before estimating — no surprises after BAR review.
Insurance-driven replacements
If the replacement is being driven by an insurance claim — usually after hurricane wind exposure — we document the existing condition photographically, write the scope to your insurer's format, and meet the adjuster on-site when helpful. Timeline and warranty
